This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s high standards of quality. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, driving communication, coordination, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of the construction project including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution. Coordinate with the design team to ensure the client’s vision is translated into buildable, code-compliant plans. Prepare and manage construction schedules and ensure milestones are met. Maintain accurate documentation including RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and daily field reports. Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and passed in a timely manner. Monitor project budgets and costs; review and approve subcontractor invoices and vendor payments. Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring work quality, scope compliance, and timelines are met. Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality control. Serve as a key liaison with clients to provide regular updates and resolve any issues promptly. Utilize project management software (e.g., Fieldwire) to track and update progress, photos, and documents. Support final punch lists and ensure all deliverables are completed for successful project closeout. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management for residential or commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Fieldwire, Procore, MS Project). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
