Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale Information Security and Network Infrastructure projects, with a focus on firewall implementation. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation
Develop and manage detailed project plans and milestones
Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Implement effective communication plans for project stakeholders
Provide daily direction and coordination for project team members
Execute change management practices throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare comprehensive documentation including status reports and budgets
Identify project schedule conflicts and resolve discrepancies
Analyze risks and develop mitigation plans
Ensure stakeholder alignment and handle escalations
Lead firewall and security infrastructure project execution
Coordinate with business partners, technical teams, and external vendors

Required Skills:

7+ years of project management experience
Strong background in delivering Network Security & Infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing large, complex system projects
Specialized knowledge in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Expertise in project management principles and techniques
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong team-building and team leadership skills
Ability to develop pragmatic solutions and resolve conflicts efficiently
Experience with firewall technologies and implementations
Familiarity with systems development methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing Information Security initiatives
Understanding of

QA, UAT, UI

design, and cross-functional IT team workflows
Ability to manage distributed/global teams across time zones
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills

Certifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
