This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven construction professional with a background in managing complex, large-scale projects. You’ll play a central role in overseeing field operations, subcontractor coordination, and driving successful delivery of this landmark development. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Leading day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through close-out Managing subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and on-site productivity Maintaining and reporting on project budgets, forecasts, and timelines Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Collaborating with the general contractor, client reps, and internal teams Managing documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports Resolving field issues efficiently and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships Supporting procurement, logistics, and workforce planning To be successful in your application, you will have: 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a subcontractor Proven ability to manage mixed-use or large-scale developments ($50M+) Strong leadership and team coordination experience on active job sites Deep understanding of construction documents, sequencing, and scheduling Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
