Project Manager

Payrate:

$62.00 – $63.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.
Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
6+ Year in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep.
Demonstrated ability to Design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.
Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices.
Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.
Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
Working experience on Microsoft Power BI is a plus. is a plus.
Must have skills: Highly skilled Tableau developer. Excellent Data analysis skills. Requirement gathering

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S.

is:

$62.00 – $63.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
