Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of the HRP Pre Pay Connector project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical infrastructure projects, particularly within public sector healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones Develop and maintain project documentation including initiation documents and project plans Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customer-facing interactions Ensure adherence to change management processes and governance frameworks Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on project status and revenue Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience in project management, ideally with formal certification (e.g., PRINCE2) Experience delivering vendor-based Cardiology systems to public sector organizations (e.g., HSE/NHS) Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Demonstrated success in public sector healthcare project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
