Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field 5-7 years of experience Strong strategic thinker and juggler of tasks Demonstrable knowledge of design and construction methodologies and processes Experience with planning, due-diligence, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design development, and reviewing design documentation for completeness and consistency with client’s objectives Experience with developing proposals Confident with contract negotiation Experience with managing the permitting process, construction/renovation, landlord/tenant fit-out, and commissioning and occupancy Advanced MS Office skills
