This is an assignment-based role, where the selected candidate may be placed with any department depending on organizational needs. You’ll join a collaborative team of business and IT professionals, leading multiple concurrent projects through the full lifecycle-from impact assessment through implementation-using established methodologies such as Agile. The role demands initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to lead teams across functions and disciplines. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Deliver small to mid-sized initiatives on time and within quality standards Prepare project documentation that may be used by others for execution Coordinate resources and clearly define project roles and responsibilities Identify and engage stakeholders across business units Translate ideas and needs into clearly scoped and goal-oriented projects Secure resources and ensure accountability for deliverables Create communication and reporting tools to manage risk, issues, and delivery Define business requirements and oversee solution development through implementation Ensure complete, current project documentation and quality assurance reviews Advocate for and apply project management best practices consistently Leadership & Team Development Build productive working relationships across departments and stakeholders Champion change initiatives and help others adapt Prioritize team efforts and optimize contributions to ensure project success Share knowledge and mentor peers to enhance project management capabilities Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of project management experience Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and familiarity with SDLC frameworks Experience working in or with public sector or government entities is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to navigate both technical and business environments Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience managing vendors is a plus By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
