Project Manager, Advisor Channel
We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Growth team in Miami, supporting our U.S. Sales Advisor team.

This role will report into the Head of Direct Sales and lead key projects that directly impact the performance and growth of our advisor sales force. You’ll work alongside our sales leaders to implement scalable and data-driven processes that will help maximize operational efficiency and ensure the smooth execution of exciting, new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Performance Tracking & ing: Monitor and report on advisor activity, recruitment, and training engagement; analyze trends to identify opportunities for improving productivity and retention.
Operations & Strategy:
Own Advisor Channel project delivery and support go-to-market launches working closely with Team Leads to ensure alignment with channel goals.
Campaign & Program Execution:
Coordinate advisor-focused campaigns,petitions, and incentive programs; manage timelines, task lists, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
Advisor Communications & Trainings :
Manage advisor lifecycle messaging—including onboarding, training invites, and performance nudges—and maintain training calendars across regions and cohorts.
Platform & Tools Management:
Oversee CRM systems, tracking dashboards, and other key tools used by the Advisor team; partner with Product and Data teams to ensure tools meet operational and reporting needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in sales, operations, or channel management). Certification is a major plus.
MUST be fully bilingual (Spanish and English) with excellent spoken and writtenmunication skills.
Strong data reporting skills; Able to turn insights into actionable plans using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and Looker.
Based in Miami and able to work in close contact with the local Advisor team.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams andplex workstreams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred.
Pays attention to detail and demonstrates structured thinking.
