We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant for software development of SCADA Energy Management Systems. You’ll make an impact as you: Define project scope, dependencies, critical path, goals, and results that support the strategic business goals and requirements in collaboration with main project manager, account sales executives, senior management, and partners. Setup vital project infrastructure as per defined Project Execution workflow Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for the contracted scope of the project(s) and maintain the relationship during the project execution life cycle while addressing quality and legal issues. Proactively address changes in project scope to ensure adherence to plan and handle risks with appropriate mitigation strategies. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Prepare project review presentations and reports for executive meetings. Incorporate lessons learned from experience of delivered projects into the proposal being prepared. Support completeness of the proposed solution, project scheduling, and the quality of cost estimation by keeping schedules and optimizing costs. Perform budgeting and forecasting, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis. Provide weekly updates of the actuals, remaining efforts, and forecasted costs within the project timeline and the project review documents. Liaise with project partners (resource managers and technical lead) on an ongoing basis, working with them when needed for the allocation of resources from within the company or external partners. Develop and implement collaborator communication strategies to ensure alignment Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts effectively Identify, analyze, and document potential risks that could impact project deliverables, timelines, or budget Develop comprehensive risk management plans with clear mitigation strategies Conduct regular risk review sessions with project team and stakeholders You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science. Professional software development project management experience using Agile methodology, Jira, and MS Project Schedule Advanced skills in business data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Ability to travel up to 40%. Preferred qualifications Previous experience supporting Siemens grid control software projects.
