The ideal candidate will assist in various project-related tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes and software. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met throughout the construction process. Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Manage project schedules effectively, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards. Help track project progress and report on key performance indicators to assist in decision-making processes. Experience Proven experience or familiarity with construction management is highly desirable. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction processes are essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a project assistant or similar role within the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
