Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in concrete restoration, structural repair, and building rehabilitation. Candidates should have a history of successfully leading complex repair projects and coordinating diverse scopes in active or sensitive environments. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex concrete restoration and structural rehabilitation projects from inception to completion. Coordinate project schedules, field operations, subcontractors, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Oversee and ensure the quality of work performed, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare and present detailed project documentation and reports to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues promptly, employing excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience in concrete restoration or structural rehabilitation. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred; civil engineering or structural engineering experience is a plus. Proficient in Auto-CAD and experience with concrete reinforcing systems is advantageous. Experience in post-tension industry structures, coordination, and troubleshooting is a major plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate project details to team members. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and reporting skills. Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset, with a desire for continuous improvement in a team environment. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
