project experience specific to system redesign and architecture Expert level budgeting and communication skills Job Description Oversee and manage all aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and tracking to guarantee that timelines, reporting, and deliverables are met. Collaborate with the GTS, Business, and Experience Management teams to provide comprehensive program oversight, and with the GTS PMO to ensure the timely delivery of materials and updates. Oversee and manage project budgets, tracking the percent of completion for Customer Channel projects. Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to stakeholders, executives, and upper management. Create, manage, and submit all program documentation, including updates and roadmaps. Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
