About the Role Join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a dynamic leader managing strategic initiatives across multiple agencies. You’ll drive critical projects at the intersection of technology, security, and public service, working with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Core Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead concurrent small to mid-sized projects across multiple organizations Transform project concepts into well-defined initiatives with clear goals and measurable outcomes Drive project execution using both traditional and Agile methodologies Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and quality standards Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and milestones Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, IT partners, and project teams Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear role definition Develop and execute strategic communication plans across all stakeholder levels Negotiate with department managers for resources and timeline commitments Business Analysis & Requirements Transform business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements Oversee requirements management from definition through implementation Ensure quality control and testing alignment with business objectives Guide process improvement and change management initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience Proven experience in IT project management and security initiatives Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and Agile) Advanced proficiency in business process modeling and analysis Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects Strong command of project management tools and MS Office suite Preferred Skills Experience managing vendor relationships Track record of successful project delivery in complex organizations Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellence in stakeholder communication and presentation Key Attributes Strategic thinker with strong initiative Excellent negotiation and influence skills Adaptable leader comfortable with change Effective communicator at all organizational levels Collaborative team player with mentoring abilities By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
