Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrativeactivities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Developsand implements cost control measures and level of service standardsto ensure compliance with customer specifications / contractrequirements for assigned building. Oversees inspections, qualitycontrol measures, and the inventory control of equipment andsupplies for the assigned building. Coordinate service activities for assigned building. Ensurethat services are performed as contracted. Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meetcustomer specifications. Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on servicesand special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems andconcerns. Manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safetyprograms at the assigned buildings. Conduct quality of service inspections at assignedbuildings. Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled. Develop operational improvement plans and implement processchanges within assigned buildings. Attempt to increase revenue by encouraging Supervisors to seekadditional or periodic services for customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and allrelevant regulations. Create reports, proposals, and monthly presentations. Ensure all paperwork, including terminations, labor varianceaction plans, and operational models, is complete, accurate, andsubmitted timely. Schedule periodic maintenance, including floor work, highdusting, bright works, project works, and preventivemaintenance. Analyze and proactively manage the financial and operationalperformance of the buildings. Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission, and correctdiscrepancies as needed. Work with the General Manager to address invoices outsidecontractual parameters. Manage and lead Supervisors and Lead personnel assigned to thebuildings. Oversee personnel management, including performance appraisals,rewards, discipline, and addressing issues in accordance withpolicies and laws.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with airportmanagement and stakeholders. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns,ensuring effective resolution. Communicate regularly with clients to understand and meet theirneeds. Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction andretention.• Perform other duties as assigned. High School degree required. Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in aservice/customer-oriented environment. Experience in cost estimating and pricing. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemicalhandling/storage procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentinformation effectively to managers and customers.
