Project Manager – Mutifamily – Miami Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Your new company You’ll be part of an over 25-year history, construction general contractor and development firm with offices in the Miami area, and projects all over South Florida and the US. Specialized in Commercial, Mid-Rise – Multifamily Mixed Use, Hospitality, Institutional projects over 100M. Your new role Support the PX in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Manage expectations, commitments and day-to-day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process. Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. Support payment applications, change orders, requests for information, permits etc. Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. What you’ll need to succeed B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 10-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Mid / High Rises, Multifamily, Mixed-Use Developments or similar. Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.
