Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead cross-functional client initiatives that drive real impact at the street level. In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end project management across multiple accounts—turning field sales data into powerful insights, building scalable sales ops frameworks, and fueling growth in both retail and on-premise channels. You’ll partner closely with field teams, client leads, and creative strategists to ensure flawless execution, KPI visibility, and strategic alignment. What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end project management across multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and strategic alignment. Translate field sales data into actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Uncover trends and optimization strategies to drive growth in both retail and on-premise sales channels. Act as a sales operations partner , supporting the development of scalable frameworks, playbooks, and execution models. Manage complex cross-functional workstreams spanning client services, field teams, operations, and creative strategy. Own and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems to ensure clear visibility of KPIs and program performance. Provide real-time operational support and strategic direction to field teams across beverage and lifestyle verticals. Collaborate closely with account teams and client leads to ensure consistent strategic alignment and client success. Support SOW planning , resource allocation, and KPI setting for ongoing and future client programs. Be a thought leader in driving volume, velocity, and ROI at the street level. Use project management tools (preferably Monday.com ) to manage workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in project management and sales operations, including 3+ years in agency, CPG, or beverage industries required. Strong understanding of field sales dynamics and how programs impact retail and on-premise environments. Proficiency in presentation design and data visualization tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, VIP, and Canva. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business strategies. Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and implement structure and process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with confidence in both internal collaboration and client-facing presentations. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and stakeholder needs.

Compensation:

Salary

  • $70,000
  • $90,000 Bonus Potential
  • 10% annually Communication Allowance
  • $150 monthly Wellness Allowance
  • $50 monthly Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available
