Project Manager Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones, reports, and deliverables. Partner with GTS, Business, Experience Management, and PMO teams to align project execution with program goals. Budgeting & Communication Manage project budgets and monitor completion progress. Communicate objectives, updates, and achievements to stakeholders and upper management. Documentation & Reporting Create and manage program documentation, updates, roadmaps, and stakeholder presentations. Ensure strategic alignment with business objectives and requirements. Execution & Process Improvement Develop and manage project timelines and resources. Track progress, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. Document processes, maintain workflows, and recommend efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years in project management; PMP or similar certifications preferred. Proven expertise in large-scale technology migrations and transformation programs. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with tools like G Suite, Asana, and Smartsheet. Telecom or wireless industry background is a plus.

Proficiency in leading technology modernization initiatives. Familiarity with contact center systems and customer service tools is advantageous. Ability to collaborate across engineering, product management, and vendor teams to deliver technology solutions. Demonstrated anticipation of project needs and effective problem-solving.
