Job Description Our Client is looking to bring on a local to Miami Florida Senior Implementation Project Manager for a large-scale SAAS implementation from scratch. This project will be implemented full cycle across one of the company brands. Other projects worked on will be based around and include PCI (security/compliance), application implementations, system deployments, reservation systems, POS systems, and financial applications. Some projects/programs will be starting from scratch and involve working with the business on the implementation. The ideal candidate will come from the travel industry and have a high-level technological and enterprise level background with experience involving multiple large complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets. This person will be an extremely strong communicator as they will be involved in day-to-day discussions with high level executives in board rooms on project/program status and will give executive presentations. This person will be involved in the day to day project management life cycle. This candidate will need to be able to collaborate and work across different types of teams, businesses, IT groups, and programs with a sense of navigating politics in their environment. MUST HAVE
experience on full cycle implementation of Lawson SAAS Must have strong PMO background/experience involving large complex projects related to software application implementations (Lawson SAAS payroll), reservation systems, POS (Point-of-Sale) systems, loyalty systems, or financial applications Full lifecycle experience of projects including planning, scope, schedule, budget will manage and forecast budgets within enterprise level companies (GAAP/CapEx/OpEx) Must come from an enterprise background leading multiple agendas and managing multi-million dollar budgets understand concepts of managing and owning projects and working with project development teams to deliver their pieces of capabilities Experience managing multiple vendors and execution in their work Experience with Waterfall and primarily with Agile projects/programs Strong communicator, able to hold people accountable will be giving executive presentations o Stressing the importance of soft people skills and communication for maximum program efficiency
