Senior Project Managers own and manage regional business unit initiatives involving significant influence of cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
Responsible for managing 30-50 projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards. Identify cross-functional project team members, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders. Defines and manage the project scope. Leads project through review process and organizes action tracking tools as applicable. Develops project schedule, and communicates with customers, contractors, and internal business partners. Collaborate with sales partners to determine and manage customer expectations regarding scope and applicable lead times. Proficient at providing detailed and accurate weekly revenue forecasting updates to higher level management outlining revenue recognition for a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Proactively creates strategies to maximize project revenue and reduce costs. Act as a subject matter expert and partner with internal functions, including the training team, to identify and share best practices Provide pre-installation and construction requirement documentation to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate Stryker requirements with customer vendors and third-party medical device companies. Develops project presentations materials and informational trackers for internal and external business partners. Conduct visits of account facilities to ensure the site is ready and that the pre-installation and construction requirements have been met. Identify, analyze and understand project risks and develop risk response plans. Maintain and consistently update key project dates and timelines to ensure accurate visibility is provided to key functions across the business, specifically production for demand planning. Drive the development of a project communication management plan. Provide consistent communication to internal teams regarding project planning process, capacity and resource planning, design/scope management and overall logistics. Conduct Project Launch Meetings, Customer Kickoff Meetings, pre-installations planning sessions per Stryker’s Project Transition Process, and After-Action Review meetings. Establish, modify, and monitor project and system workflows (SalesForce documentation). Incorporates feedback from internal and external partners to enhance project performance. Exceeds project key performance indicators. Understand how goals fit into broader business and organizational goals. Improves personal performance and grow professionally. Prioritizes and escalates issues appropriately that impact project success. Skilled at managing conflict and competing interests. Mentors Associate PMs through planning process; provides guidance and encouragement for less tenured Project Managers.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree CAPM, PMP, or equivalent (preferred) 6+ years of work experience Routinely handles objects weighing up to 25 lbs and on occasion may be expected to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs Proficient in MS Office suite and other emerging technologies Travel ~50%

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
