This Senior Project Manager role focuses on leading high-risk, multi-million-dollar IT projects across global shared services, including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and security initiatives. Key programs include modernizing Active Directory, launching global SOX and PCI compliance, implementing GRC tools, enhancing data protection, and deploying network access controls. The position requires managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring alignment with the organization’s SDLC and PMLC frameworks. It involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and risk mitigation. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years of experience in technical project management-ideally in security, compliance, or governance-plus
PMP/ITIL
certification, experience with Clarity PPM, and familiarity with frameworks like PCI, SOX, and tools such as OneTrust and Qualys. A background in Fortune 500 environments and shared services is highly desirable.
