JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across luxury cruise brands. Oversee cross-functional projects that support business transformation, innovation, and growth. Ensure projects are aligned with organizational priorities, delivered on time, and positioned for long-term success.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and guest experience standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to scope, plan, and prioritize initiatives that drive business performance, efficiency, and innovation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, risk assessments, and key milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, facilitating decision-making, and managing communication flows.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development to support strategic recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate project performance using KPIs and other success metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with Marketing, Hotel Operations, Guest Services, IT, and Brand Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Support executive reporting and board presentations with polished deliverables and strategic insights.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE

OF STUDY
Business, Strategy, Hospitality or related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, strategic consulting, or business transformation
Previous experience within luxury travel, hospitality, or cruise industry preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proactive, commercially minded person with a passion for travel and an eye for operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
Passion for the luxury travel segment and an understanding of high-end consumer expectations.
