Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST (some evenings, weekends, holidays possible) About the Job We’re seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead enterprise-level software projects for a high-impact client. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive delivery across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and exceptional service to stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum) and project lifecycle frameworks (SDLC, PMLC) Create and maintain roadmaps, schedules, and budgets while tracking scope changes and process improvements Champion deliverable quality by ensuring technical, functional, and business alignment Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders through proactive communication and collaboration Lead Agile ceremonies, resolve blockers, and foster a motivated and efficient team environment Define vision and strategic goals for software applications and coordinate project initiation activities Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience managing software development projects using Agile Scrum and SDLC methodologies Proven success with leading diverse technical teams and managing enterprise application initiatives Experience with PM tools, roadmapping, backlog grooming, risk management, and change control Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with Power BI 3+ years of experience with Data Lake technologies Certified Scrum Master or PMI-certified (e.g., PMP) Knowledge of K-12 school finance, state tax systems, or education industry is a plus Experience with cloud migration projects (e.g., Salesforce) Key Skills Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders across reporting lines Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities Strong customer-service mindset By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
