13 months (with potential for extension) About the Project This project aims to identify inefficiencies, streamline operations, and introduce automation and digital tools to reduce staff burden, ensuring equitable, timely, and sustainable service delivery without increasing headcount. Project Scope As a Workload Analysis Consultant, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to: Map and analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Recommend actionable improvements using automation and digital tools to streamline operations. Define measurable outcomes, including KPIs and time-saving metrics to track impact. Support strategic planning through workload modeling and public sector business consulting. You’ll play a key role in enabling the client’s transition to an omnichannel service model, helping the client make data-driven decisions and improve service accessibility for all British Columbians. Qualifications We’re looking for a Business Consultant (Level 2) with: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through business transformation initiatives. Strong background in project management, business process analysis, and change management. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success in identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions. Experience developing KPIs and quantifying business outcomes.
