Job Description

Stryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Associate Project Manager to manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. What you will do Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology Track and report on compliance to project budgets, drive project change orders as necessary, and generally be accountable for the project P&L Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback What you need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree 2+ years experience Experience with project management software

Preferred:

PMP certification Healthcare Project Management experience preferred
