Job Location:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm – Hybrid The role you’ll contribute: The Employer Solutions Project Manager is in the Managed Care department at AdventHealth and reports to the Director of Employer Solutions. The Project Manager shall be responsible for providing project management and support for Employer Solutions. This role is focused on managing the information, processes, and analysis related to employers and other entities impacting AdventHealth’s business relationships with employers in our markets. The Project Manager is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting the data concerning employers and their purchasing of healthcare, and vendors and others in the employer healthcare ecosystem. Manages new business opportunity processes and supports other related projects. Tracks assignments against timelines, updates plans to reflect current progress, and escalates issues in need of further attention. The Project Manager works and communicates under general supervision of the Director of Employer Solutions. Compiles data and prepares analysis, summaries, and presentations. Builds relationships and works collaboratively with AdventHealth staff and those from external organizations as needed. The value you’ll bring to the team: Execute job functions with a customer service focus of innovation, service excellence, and teamwork to ensure adherence to AdventHealth’s mission, vision, and values Obtain and manage employer information about large employers in AdventHealth markets from multiple sources Select applicable bid opportunities to assess from notification review Analyze bid information to quantify aspects of the employer Create employer summaries from bid files and other information Gather and analyze information regarding vendors, potential partners, competitors, and others Create reports and summaries from compiled information Create and maintain internal data and reports of employer information Manage market offerings summaries Organize Employer Solutions market meetings Create presentations as needed Manage the process of creating a bid submission, working with leaders and multiple departments to establish and track assignments, deadlines, review processes, and facilitate submission Maintain accurate documentation and status of projects, providing regular updates Manage relationships and communications with internal departments and external organizations as needed Prioritize and manage multiple competing projects and deadlines Accountable for planning, business deliverables, and metrics, as applicable Support special reports and projects as assigned The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or similar discipline Required 5 in a healthcare environment Preferred Experience with employee benefit plans (i.e. role at a health insurance company, Third Party Administrator, benefits consultant agency, etc.) Preferred Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness with data Demonstrates proactiveness and resourcefulness in finding answers and solutions Communicates relevant information to supervisor and others in a timely manner Collaborates effectively with others for optimal outcomes Ability to execute and follow through to completion Displays high competency in project management, working in a complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple andcompeting deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to understand, plan and execute project deliverables and project scope Manage resource allocation to ensure proper project prioritization Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to identify, analyze and effectively solve problems Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines Ability to troubleshoot issues and problems Ability to manage assignments and ensure timely/accurate completion of milestones, in order to ensure on-time assignment delivery Self-motivated and adaptable with a focus on customer service Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills Strong project management skills Knowledge of data analytics and reporting Detail oriented Flexibility and ability to easily adapt to change Ability to handle confidential matters appropriately Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and tactfully with multi-disciplinary and diverse teams across markets, management levels, and organizations Customer service orientation and focus Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio Knowledge about the healthcare industry, self-funding, and benefit plans Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
