Financial Project Manager Position Available In Orange, Florida

We are seeking a sharp, Financial Project Manager with a strong foundation in accounting and project management to join our team. This role requires someone who is confident, highly trustworthy, and accurate. Handle complex month-end close processes independently. Prepare and post journal entries. Manage 20-40 accruals at month-end, many of which are complex and require solid judgment. Understand and apply accrual accounting principles. Partner with project teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking. Analyze and calculate financials across multiple variables for diverse projects. Support financial planning processes for both short- and long-term initiatives. Work with both hardware and software cost structures. Leverage experience in technology-related environments to understand spend and investment impacts. Build trust with stakeholders across departments through clear, confident communication. Present financial information in a way that is digestible and actionable for non-finance teams. Strong understanding of journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting. Experience managing large volumes of accruals (20-40 per month). Prior involvement in project budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis.
