26hr | Full-Time | 8-Month Consultant Contract | First Shift (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM)

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Project Management Specialist with the skills to influence change, drive strategy, and elevate workforce planning in one of the most innovative industries in the world. In this high-visibility role, you’ll support a fast-paced software engineering team by developing and executing strategic workforce solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring every decision is backed by clear, data-driven insights.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop, integrate, and maintainprehensive project schedules aligned with strategic goals.
Analyze trends, risks, and constraints across projects, providing valuable insight to leadership.
Lead the creation of workforce strategies, including resource allocation and performance tracking.
Establish and manage a data integrity audit process for Adaptive Planning systems.
Prepare and present reports and visual dashboards using tools like Workday Adaptive Planning and Excel.
Document repeatable, scalable processes and ensure effective change management.
Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Work cross-functionally to coordinate initiatives, support collaboration, and track results from project inception throughpletion.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in workforce management, project planning, or strategic operations.
Demonstrated proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning or similar HRIS resource planning tools.
Proven ability to build custom reporting solutions using platforms like Power BI or Business Objects.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in risk assessments and data-driven decision making.
Excellentmunication skills and a collaborative mindset across teams and leadership levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting software engineering teams or technical programs.
Familiarity with remote project management tools and agile workflows.
Background in highpliance industries such as aerospace or defense.

Pay Details:

$55.21 to $69.26 per hour
