  • Position Overview
  • The Project Controls Analyst will support project management through cost control, scheduling, and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for the construction industry

  • Responsibilities
  • + Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.

+ Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals. + Prepare regular project status reports, including cost and schedule performance. + Analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues. + Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success. + Assist in the preparation of project forecasts and financial reports. + Support the development and implementation of project controls procedures and best practices. + Participate in project meetings and provide insight on project performance.

  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

+ 2-5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed. #LI-LM3
