www. solotech .com The Project Coordinator prepares comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. This position collaborates with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver results. Your day will look like this: Provides general administrative support for Sales and Integrations projects. Fully coordinates the execution of smaller integration projects. Organize project kick-off meetings Validate and complete the transfer of quotes into orders from Excel into Solusoft Create and maintain projects in company systems (D365, SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.) Ensure the filing of all pertinent documentation related to the project or the sale (supplier’s bids, clients purchase orders, etc.) Maintain and keep up to date all of the project’s data bases. Follow-up on orders with different internal departments and suppliers (purchase orders, delivery ETAS, etc.) Follows-up on orders; Creates delivery and purchase orders. Ensure the team has all the necessary equipment for project execution. Creates and analyzes various operational reports. Create Bills of Lading Follow-up on project progress Prepare the coding of subcontractors’ invoices and follow-up on approval Perform billing of labor as well as payments requests on due dates Execute all required administrative follow-ups with different related departments in order to close a project (
Ex:
Accounts receivables and payables, etc.) Ensure that excellent customer service is provided. Other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of experience as project administrative or coordination position Experience in procurement is a plus Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and good time-management. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans is a plus Ability to work independently and within a team Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to change Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Knowledge of accounting a plus Excellent knowledge of Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
