This role is crucial in facilitating communication between our local and overseas teams, as well as serving as the main point of contact for our customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing project information, staying on top of deadlines, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments—including production, engineering, sales, and accounting—to ensure that all teams provide timely and accurate inputs. Key Responsibilities Production & Delivery Coordination Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of signage projects from concept to delivery. Coordinate with production teams to schedule manufacturing and delivery timelines. Ensure all logistical aspects of production and shipment (both local and international) are aligned. Cross-Functional Team Communication Act as the communication hub between internal teams (production, engineering, sales, accounting) to align on project requirements and deliverables. Proactively gather input and updates from each department to maintain project momentum. Serve as the primary liaison for customers, answering questions, clarifying project details, and providing timely updates. Maintain professionalism and clear communication to foster strong customer relationships. Project Tracking & Information Management Keep all project information well-organized and up-to-date. Monitor progress against timelines and escalate any potential delays with recommended solutions. Use project management tools to track milestones and maintain transparency. General Project Management Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets. Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies. Collaborate with the quality team to ensure deliverables meet standards. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. PMP certification is a plus. Experience Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally within signage, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple departments and external stakeholders. Technical Skills Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, , Asana).
