Creating Project Plans :

They develop detailed project plans.

Communicating Milestones :

Project managers communicate key milestones to the team and clients.

Internal Communication :

They share project plans internally and with relevant stakeholders.

Reporting and Metrics :

Producing reports for management, including performance metrics.

Stakeholder Communication :

Regular communication with sponsors and stakeholders.

Team Management:

You motivate and guide software developers and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Customer Presentations:

You may give presentations to clients, explaining project progress and outcomes.
