Through collaborations with experts, universities, and public health organizations, KRI studies gambling behavior, its impact on mental health, and effective interventions. Focused on data-driven research and community outreach, KRI develops specialized programs to support military personnel, athletes, and vulnerable populations. The Project Manager at Kindbridge Research Institute (KRI) will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key initiatives related to a large-scale grant-funded behavioral health project. This role requires a collaborative, adaptable, and mission-driven mindset, as it involves managing multiple project components, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and ensuring impactful outcomes. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and funders to drive high-quality research, education, and intervention programs that align with KRI’s mission. This role reports to the Director of Programming.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a Gambling Prevention Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Lead a team of Outreach Coordinators, providing strategic direction, coaching, and operational oversight. Engage and collaborate with government agencies, military/veteran organizations, financial institutions, educational institutions and mental health professionals. Support fundraising and sponsorship efforts, including grant applications and partnership development. Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Communicate project progress, findings, and impact to internal leadership and external stakeholders including comprehensive monthly reports to the funder. Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with research and funding requirements. Stay informed about industry best practices, integrating data-driven insights and innovative approaches into project execution. Travel up to 25% within Florida to build partnerships, support implementation, and represent the program in local communities.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, social sciences, nonprofit management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in project management within nonprofit, financial services, mental health, or veteran support sectors. Strong stakeholder management and fundraising skills. Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate program impact, and present findings. Experience in facilitating discussions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
