Responsibilities:

Lead and support integration projects related to mergers andacquisitions. Coordinate with leadership, legal, and compliance teams to ensuretimely and successful onboarding of acquired companies. Manage the transfer of professional licenses, certifications, andequipment registrations in accordance with regulatoryrequirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and statusreports. Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met whilemaintaining clear and consistent communication withstakeholders. Present project updates and progress reports to seniorleadership. Track compliance and risk mitigation strategies throughout theintegration process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate project management. Strong communication and organizational skills; able to presentconfidently to leadership. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrentprojects. Experience in regulatory or legal environments is a plus.
