Project Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL 32809 Project Manager As an entry-level Project Manager, you will support the management of client projects and work alongside more experienced team members to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll be responsible for helping to create and maintain client relationships, supporting project plans, and assisting in the coordination of tasks to ensure clients receive exceptional service. Responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining internal support structures for client programs. Act as a point of contact for clients, providing basic project support and ensuring clear communication. Collaborate with internal teams to help gather requirements and support the delivery of services. Help create project plans, timelines, and milestones alongside senior project managers and clients. Assist in scheduling resource assignments with functional managers to meet project timelines. Support the creation of project documentation and prepare for meetings to review project progress. Track project progress and provide updates to senior team members. Use internal systems to track project status and ensure all tasks are moving forward. Provide support to the sales team with project-related activities. Ensure that client communications are clear and timely, and assist in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Adhere to the company’s quality, environmental, and safety policies. Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and checklists in line with department standards.
