Project Manager Position Available In Orange, Florida

•Candidates MUST be local to Orlando, FL and/or Surrounding Areas.•At HCLTech, we are looking for a dynamic self-motivated Project Manager in our DPO business to run F&A Projects for a Global Fortune 100 Hospitality Client. The Position envisages end to end responsibility for managing and delivering projects across large scale Multi tower (AR, AP, RTR, FP&A)/ Multi Location F&A project ensuring adherence project budgets, timelines, and resources. Focus Area Support project heads in developing and maintaining project plans and timelines. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Assist in the resolution of project issues and challenges. Participate in project meetings and provide financial expertise Communicate project status and financial information to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on finance. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, budgeting software). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of BPO industry and finance operations is a plus. Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in working in a large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum:

$55,00.00 per year (or $26.44 per hour)

Pay Range Maximum:
