Well established construction organization is in search of aseasoned
PROJECT MANAGER.
Chosen candidate will be responsible forand authorized to lead specific projects as the representative onand off the job site, assist Estimator and Project Executive inestimating, bidding, and negotiating projects if needed, assistwith project pre-construction activities with Owner andConsultants, including attending design meetings, conceptualestimating, value Engineering, and schedule/constructionstrategies, project managers are responsible for the management ofall Project resources including staff, subcontractors, suppliers,equipment, material, budget, and scheduling, purchase all material,labor and subcontracts as necessary to complete the work. Writesubcontracts and purchase orders clearly defining the materialand/or scope of work.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience workingwith multifamily construction/general contractor.
