The Role My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Orlando office. Within this position you would focus on providing technical and project management leadership on varied project scales alongside business development within the Orlando space. You are expected to have a strong knowledge of structural engineering design principles in order to manage project budget, schedule and team resources. You must have a desire to do business development as this is a client facing position with the expectation of generating work.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day client relationships
• Securing new work in various markets
• Working with a small team that focuses on unique and challenging projects
• Directly impact the goals and strategic vision for the team.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Master’s in Structural Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in the building structural design industry
• Experience with industry standard software such as Revit, Risa, Microsoft products, etc.
• Previous project management / client management experience
• Thorough knowledge of commercial building code and applicable structural design code material references Why join my client?
