PROJECT MANAGER / OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE

for our Central Florida operations. This position is strategically designed to be the central point-of-contact and daily manager of two or more concurrent, multi-building rehabilitation projects in active construction (or a single, new construction project); as well as the central point-of-contact and lead consultant for Vigilant Services’ clients that are currently working toward rehabilitation projects. Projects will likely be grouped by common geography and/or common design. Candidate is expected to lead Vigilant Services’ clients down the full path of Initial Consulting, Root-Cause Analysis, Scope-of-Work Creation, Request for Proposal generation, Bidder Management and Down-Selection, and ultimately, Owners Representation and Project Management during the resulting projects. Candidate is expected to collaborate often with Vigilant Services’ Leadership Team, but is otherwise viewed as autonomous, and is to possess the Construction, Communication, and Project Management acumen to run projects unsupervised, save where the demands of the project require more executive-level oversight or intervention. Candidate will be writing weekly reports for numerous audiences, as well as speaking publicly in client and educational forums, all of which require strong communication and data organization skills. Candidate will be measured during his/her projects to Quality, Cost, and Schedule metrics that transparently flow back to the client in periodic reports. Candidate is additionally viewed as a critical, Business Development extension of the Vigilant Services workforce.

WORK SCHEDULE

Salaried, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (inclusive of unpaid lunch)

COMPENSATION

$78,000 – $82,000 annually;

Total Compensation Value:

up to $106,000 EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL

MINIMUMS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with 7+ years working experience in a related discipline

BONUS STRUCTURE

Annual bonus structure based off of company revenue, with additional bonus potentials for exceeding thresholds of billable hours in a given month. Additional bonuses awarded for new business resulting directly from Candidate’s business development efforts

Personal laptop required with MS Office and Email platforms pre-loaded; Personal cell phone required; Personal vehicle with approved insurance limits required. Candidate must be willing to obtain an FAA Part 107 UAS Drone License (additional compensation will be provided should job role expand so as to require this licensure; educational expenses will, at that time, be provided to Candidate by Vigilant Services).
