Well established construction organization is in search of aseasoned
PROJECT MANAGER.
Chosen candidate will be responsible forand authorized to lead specific projects as the representative onand off the job site, assist Estimator and Project Executive inestimating, bidding, and negotiating projects if needed, assistwith project pre-construction activities with Owner andConsultants, including attending design meetings, conceptual estimating, value Engineering, andschedule/construction strategies, project managers are responsiblefor the management of all Project resources including staff,subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, material, budget, andscheduling, purchase all material, labor and subcontracts asnecessary to complete the work. Write subcontracts and purchaseorders clearly defining the material and/or scope of work.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working with multifamilyconstruction/general contractor.
