Account with 3% employer matching after 90 days, vested immediately Primary Responsibilities Provide the supervision, planning, budgeting, goals, objectives and development of the Cabinets Division. Develop key partnerships with wholesale material vendors, representing an extensive range of cabinet and door products and services that can be provided to customers. Maintain expert knowledge of all products offered by partnered material vendors and identify creative solutions to acquire new materials and meet customer desires. Identify and request job scopes for estimates and provide approval, suggestions, and corrections for estimates. Supervise, train, and hire all cabinet team members, including installers and designer, ensuring all training materials are up to date with all industry standards. Conduct team meetings. Support team in project completion as needed. Ensure the production of all cabinet projects, including coordination with customers, adjusters, designers, estimators, project managers, installers, and subcontractors. Oversee quality control and customer satisfaction in all cabinet projects, including design, measurement, pricing, material ordering, and installation. Inspect and troubleshoot all subcontractors involved in cabinet projects, including plumbing, electrical, and structure needs identified in project renderings. Ensure all budgets, work orders, payments are accurate and timely. Drive sales through project upgrades and strategic partnerships. Position Requirements 3+ years management experience in the Construction industry Effective written and oral communication Xactimate estimating knowledge and certification is a plus Chief Architect design knowledge is a plus High school diploma/GED, college degree preferred Excellent customer service during customer interactions Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management/organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate professionalism and function independently with minimal supervision.
