This role is not open for submissions from outside staffingagencies Regional Envision Project Manager (Must have glassindustry experience and strong shower and commercial entranceproduct experience) Salary range: $90-$115,000 Trulite is GROWING!We are looking for a Regional Envision Project Manager for theSunbelt Region of our glass division. Must reside in Florida,Texas, Alabama, or willing to relocate. This position requires upto 75% of travel. Away 2-3 weeks a month.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Establish a highperformance regional Envision team through leadership, coaching,counseling, and mentoring. Attend sales calls with outside salesrepresentatives as the technical expert to build relationships,educate customers, gain trust, and increase orders. Lead projectplanning meetings with customers to prepare plans that will enablethe project to execute successfully. Be the all glass entrancetechnical advisor for the region answering questions regardingproducts and services. Foster a culture of platinum level customerservice. Coach team members to improve performance and engagementwith customers. Identify below average performance, analyze, andcorrect to achieve acceptable results. Develop plans and actions toachieve and exceed KPI goals. Provide mentoring and training toestimators and team members. Collaborate with other branch/regionallocations to resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and supportwith quotes/entry as needed. Conduct training seminars on Envisionproducts and services for sales teams in the region. Conductfollow-up visits/phone calls as necessary with customers who haveconcerns or questions. Handle or refer complaints of product orservice failure to the appropriate team for investigation. Performother related duties and provide support to other teams as assignedby management.

SKILLS YOU BRING

High school diploma or equivalentrequired. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience in projectmanagement and estimating with entrance products. Minimum five (5)years of customer service work experience required. Must possess astrong knowledge of shower and commercial entrance products.

Ability to travel 75% of the time, with peak periods of highertravel. Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal,conflict management, and time management skills. Must be able tomanage multiple projects simultaneously, be organized, efficient,accurate, and detail-oriented. Must be proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite or related programs. Ability to calculate discounts,interest, commissions, fractions, proportions, percentages, area,circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of algebra andgeometry. Ability to read blueprints preferred. CAD backgroundpreferred.
