Roofing Project Manager Florida Roof Advisors Orlando, FL 32810 Overview Florida Roof Advisors is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of the roofing industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, crews, and internal teams. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate resources and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion. Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution. Review project plans and schematics to ensure alignment with client expectations. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications. Prepare construction estimates and budgets based on project requirements. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
