Today, we have been in the remodel business for years, providing our customers excellent service in the kitchen and bath remodels process. We are seeking a results-driven Selling Project Manager to identify and secure multifamily countertop projects. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from lead generation and bidding through estimation, contracting, and final completion. Candidates must have strong construction experience and in-depth knowledge of the stone industry. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential. Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Search for and identify potential bid opportunities through various platforms and industry networks Evaluate and qualify bid opportunities based on project scope, budget, timeline, and company capabilities Coordinate with the estimation team to develop accurate cost estimates Develop and present comprehensive proposals Lead and facilitate the pre-construction process for awarded projects Coordinate procurement of materials, ensuring timely ordering and delivery in line with project schedules Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and lead times Monitor project progress and see through until completion while serving as the primary point of contact Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
