Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple commercial drywall projects from inception to completion.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to project teams.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Proficiency in project management software.
