Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the entertainment industry, is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join a high-impact team driving digital product initiatives within a large, matrixed enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment and has a track record of successfully delivering technology projects from kickoff through sustainment. Role:
You’ll help lead and expand key digital experience platforms used across enterprise operations. These platforms are currently in sustainment, with new phases of development on the horizon. The team is looking for an experienced PM to help offload current workload, drive upcoming initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner to internal teams across tech, business operations, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead digital projects through the full lifecycle-planning, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and delivery. Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Monitor and report on project health, risks, timelines, and financials (including variance tracking). Apply Agile methodologies to guide delivery, even if not operating in a formal Scrum Master role. Coordinate complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining transparency and accountability. Must-Have Experience 10+ years of project management experience in large, matrixed corporate environments. Proven ability to lead without authority-influencing cross-functional partners across technology, legal, content, and operations. Strong experience managing project budgets between $3M-$20M, including forecasting and maintaining 2-5% variance. Adept at executive-level communication and stakeholder reporting. Comfortable running standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Jira and enterprise PPM tools (e.g., Clarity/MyPPM). Background in digital platforms, enterprise tools, or customer-facing technology solutions. Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus but not required. Previous experience in complex, brand-sensitive environments is beneficial.
