Job Description
ONSITE IN
Orlando, FL OR West Palm Beach, Florida The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the renewable energy or power infrastructure space, with a strong understanding of battery storage technologies, project finance structures, and complex EPC environments. Lead the end-to-end delivery of BESS projects, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and schedule expectations. Oversee all phases of project execution: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Manage multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, subcontractors, and third-party consultants. Collaborate closely with development, grid connection, and asset management teams. Maintain effective communication with clients, regulators, and local authorities. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, cash flows, and reports. Support contract negotiations (EPC, supply, O&M) and manage contract compliance. Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and KPIs. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld to the highest level.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in energy or infrastructure. Proven track record delivering large-scale renewable or energy storage projects. Strong understanding of battery storage systems, grid interconnection, and power systems. Experience with EPC contracts, project finance, and permitting processes.
