As the Product Design Coordinator, you will support the Product Design teams with general administrative support assisting with the routing and processing of product approvals and coordinating communication with internal and external partners. This role will report to the Director – Product Design. This role is a Project Hire with no guarantee of permanent placement.
What You Will Do:
Initiate onboarding, maintain databases, and monitor contracts and amendments for vendors and/or licensees Assist with scheduling on-site and off-site vendor and licensee meetings and oversee logistics for large scale events Create and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documents Handle incoming samples, oversee outgoing shipments, maintain mailing lists and tracking information, and process shipping invoices along with other invoices as needed Organize samples and help maintain product storage, while coordinating and compiling merchandising requests from various internal and external client Manage email aliases for asset requests and general communication to vendors and/or licensees regarding updates Provide user support and training for accounts Provide additional tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills:
6+ months of experience as a product coordinator or design coordinator Previous experience in planning, scheduling, executing, and supporting the design development processes Experience managing numerous projects and adhering to deadlines efficiently Approach design projects with a fresh perspective, introducing new ideas and innovative solutions to both new and existing projects Ensuring accuracy in project specifications and execution Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment while also excelling in individual assignments Experience working with others to achieve relevant results and collaboration with cross-function partners Experience in the following computer software programs:
MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Keynote, FileMaker Pro, Concur, and Adobe Creative Suite Preferred Education:
Associate’s Degree and or 6+ months of related experience
