Client Details Our client is a highlyregarded custom luxury home builder based in South Florida,specializing in the design and construction of ultra-high-endresidential properties. Their reputation is built on a commitment to excellence, ensuringevery aspect of the home meets the highest standards ofcraftsmanship and luxury. Description Lead the construction ofcustom luxury homes from initial ground-breaking through to finaldelivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations aremet. Spend approximately 30% of the time on-site, supervising dailyconstruction activities and ensuring precision and quality. Manageand mentor a team of three assistant superintendents, fostering acollaborative and high-performance environment. Select and overseesubcontractors, ensuring compliance with architectural designs andmaintaining strong relationships with vendors. Serve as the mainpoint of contact for clients, providing regular updates andensuring their vision is accurately reflected throughout theconstruction process. Use technology tools like Fieldwire andBuildertrend to track project progress, maintain documentation, andensure clear communication across teams. Ensure luxury-levelfinishes, advanced home automation systems, and high-end materialsare seamlessly integrated into the homes. Profile At least 5 yearsof experience in luxury residential construction, with ground-upproject experience. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,Architecture, or a related field. Strong expertise in readingblueprints, calculating site maps, and implementing home automationsystems. Experience working with luxury homebuilders such asFrankel Homes, JH Norman, or Coastal is highly desirable. Excellentleadership and communication skills, with a proven track record ofmanaging complex, high-value projects. Proficiency in projectmanagement software like Fieldwire and Buildertrend. Job Offer
