Lead Project Manager, Waterproofing & Restoration Valcourt Building Services West Palm Beach, FL • Remote Experienced Project Manager – Commercial Restoration & Waterproofing (South Florida) We are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience in commercial restoration and waterproofing to join our team. If you do not have a strong background in commercial construction , this position is not a fit .

Location:

Projects span from Pompano Beach to Vero Beach , so candidates must be based in South Florida and able to travel between job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial restoration and waterproofing projects from start to finish Manage crews, materials, budgets, timelines, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction , specifically restoration and waterproofing Proven success managing multiple active job sites Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building codes Excellent organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Please do not apply if your experience is limited to IT, residential construction, or general project management outside of the commercial construction industry.
