Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Ninety.io Implementation Leader to lead the successful deployment and optimization of the Ninety.io platform across our growing portfolio of companies. This role will be instrumental in driving operational alignment, transparency, and performance by tailoring and scaling the Ninety.io system to meet the needs of multiple diverse teams and business models. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, an advocate for operational excellence, and a confident communicator who can navigate the complexity of multi-entity operations while championing platform adoption and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead structured rollout of Ninety.io across all portfolio companies, ensuring full onboarding within 100 days. Engage with portfolio company leadership to align implementation strategy and ensure executive buy-in Create and refine an onboarding playbook and implementation timeline Ensure ongoing support, training, and continuous improvement This is a remote position , but the role does require travel to our portfolio companies across the U.S. to support in-person onboarding, training, and strategic sessions.
